Hi my name is Kelly and I am the new owner of Lupita's Upscale Puppy, but don't worry, the new name is Kelly's Upscale Puppy and very little is going to change.  A little about me.  I have always had a passion for dogs and have been involved in "all things dog" for the past 35 years as a certified groomer, working with local rescues as a case worker/foster mom, puppy raiser for Guide Dogs of America and looking after dogs for family and friends up to 6 months at a time.

I attended a grooming school upon my graduating from college.  In 1984 I was an intern at a very busy booming shop in Seattle.  The owner showed and bred standard poodles and had a very good reputation for graduating well trained groomers. Once I got married, I moved to Canada and opened up a grooming/daycare/boarding salon in Nelson, BC.

My husband, Bill is a retired police officer and EMT. He will be working with me as we expand the services we will be offering in the future. We both look forward to this exciting adventure and completing my mission statement. "I want you and your dog to feel that I am their extended family while you are away. My home is their home"
